Feast. Fury. Femina – Works from the FLAD Collection is an unprecedented exhibition which incorporates 228 selected works, and is an opportunity to get to know the work of 61 Portuguese artists of different generations. For the first time, at such a large scale, part of the FLAD – Luso-American Development Foundation - contemporary art collection is revealed.
The exhibition – a co-production between FLAD and the EDP Foundation/MAAT  –  is part of a vast archive begun in 1986, and includes drawing, painting, photography and sculpture.

Feast. Fury. Femina. – the three axes which name this exhibition and celebrate the collection, evoke the dimension of performativity in contemporary arts, and highlight the feminine dimension, demanding a renewed gaze on the history of art, which so obscured female artists.
